I salute the MUSA in your goal supporting our beloved town Mamburao.  With this aim, you continue to adhere to the Filipino proverb "Ang hindi lumingon sa pinanggalingan ay di makararating sa paroroonan." Inspite of your long stay and accomplishments in the USA, your hearts continue to belong to Mamburao.  I appreciate the time, money and efforts that you share for the progress of Mamburao.

As the Governor of Occidental Mindoro, the development of our capitol town is one of my priorities.  I will look forward that in the near future, we will be undertaking joint activities.
